" Having moved into new business premises we basically needed a complete overhaul and change of use from office space to beauty clinic. From rerouting plumbing for sinks and fitting units into all treatment rooms, as well as painting, wallpapering and fitting blinds (not straightforward due to my measuring skills!) nothing was too much trouble.

"PropertyFix fitted a stunning high gloss modern kitchen for us that meets all our needs offering honest opinion on the design and requirements developing it where necessary. I can't express how happy we are with the outcome. The full work in the kitchen included the units, worktop, acrylic splash back, new kitchen circuit, feature lighting and plumbing in the sink and appliances. We recently had him back to fit all new oak internal doors for us. He is very efficient and particular taking great care when he works. A plus is that he is always on time and keeps the place clean as he works tidying and clearing rubbish on completion each day. I would most certainly use him again. This year Columba undertook the job of rebuilding and refurbishing our wetroom for my husband who has motor neurone disease. Columba spent a considerable amount of time and effort researching suitable equipment and the best possible arrangement of the toilet, shower and sink, and met on several occasions with Occupational Therapists at our home. He was very sensitive to my husband's disability and determined to give him the best result.
Columba's work ethic means that he will not leave each day until everything is tidy and clean. The standard of his work is impeccably high! He is also a very pleasant and considerate person to have in the house.
We are delighted with the end result, which is attractive as well as functional. We can recommend his work without reservation.
